STEP 1: 

• Wet your hair thoroughly with water.
• Apply a quarter size amount of shampoo to your palms and work into your roots. 
• Massage scalp with lather for 2 minutes.
• Allow lather to penetrate scalp for 2 more minutes. 
• Rinse out all of the shampoo.
• Make sure to condition hair every time after it's been washed.
