BREWING INSTRUCTIONS: Boil 6-8 ounces of water (around 200°F-212°F). Once the water has come to a rapid boil, turn off heat and add approximately 1 teaspoon (3-4 finger pinch) of tea to the hot water. (Use 1/2 ounce tea mix per quart). Cover and let sit for 3 to 5 minutes. Strain, and sweeten with honey to taste.
COLD BREWING INSTRUCTIONS: Start with 6-8 ounces of cool (room temperature) water and add approximately (3-4 finger pinch) of tea to the water. Cover and let sit overnight or at least 8-10 hours. Strain, and sweeten with honey to taste.
