HAIR: Apply directly onto scalp from roots upward.

HOT OIL TREATMENT: Gently warm up a sufficient amount cover the entire hair (do not use microwave). After applying the oil, cover the hair with a cap and let sit for 30-60 minutes. For extremely damaged hair, leave on overnight. Repeat weekly for best results.

NAILS: Apply the oil by massaging a small amount to your nails and surrounding cuticles.
