- Wet toothbrush and shake off excess water.
- Dip moistened toothbrush into powder.
- Gently brush teeth for 2-3 mintues.
- Rinse out all of the mouth with water.
ADDITIONAL USAGE:
For assistance with bleeding gums or painful irritations...
- Place this powder combination between the lips and gums (up and lower) around entire tooth area.
- Leave powder on all night, until improvement are clearly evident.
- Brushing regularly is necessary as well.
